Hard as it is for most to know this but living in the present is not only all there is, it sheds a light that’s impervious to the drama many would drag one into.
Their dramas. Their fears their insecurities.
But right now there are no problems. Now is always fresh. We might drag encumbrances into now but there’s always a choice to be open to noticing and returning without expectations. Then there’s my chawn Yoga meditation. Don’t worry. It’s advanced but I can help people through it. It’s like going through the body with a fine toothed comb. Gently, with noticing each area that’s stuck. No asanas necessary unless you want to include them in your moving but you might miss areas that need attention if you stick with yoga Adana movements exclusively. I can promise you can be on cloud 9 for 24 hours and the mind will calm right down because body and mind are in unison.
